About
I'm HC, a systems architect in Stockholm. For close to a decade I've built the parts of a company nobody notices when they work: logins, laptops, email, and the access rules that keep auditors happy.
I've run Google Workspace for 9,000 people at Klarna and led tenant consolidations through acquisitions, most recently moving 2,300 Flowbird users into Arrive's Google Workspace without anyone losing a day.
I'm drawn to places where IT is a strategic function, and more and more to customer- and solutions-facing engineering, where having sat on the customer side is the useful part.
Off the clock I write Swift and C++ for an open-source browser, and I live in a terminal with Solarized on.
Summary
Systems Architect who has designed, built and run Google Workspace, identity and endpoint platforms for up to 9,000 users at Klarna, Arrive, Instabee and Bonnier News, and led tenant consolidations through acquisitions. Looking for solutions, customer and partner engineering roles in Stockholm or remote, bringing the customer-side view of migrations, security and adoption. Hands-on with Okta, Entra ID, Jamf and Intune, and ships production code in Swift, C# and C++ (Chromium).

Case study: EasyPark → Arrive
Rebrand of every account, live on stage · 4,500+ users · 35 countries
The problem
EasyPark Group was becoming Arrive, and the new name was secret until it was announced on stage. At the moment of that announcement, every person's email address, groups and shared mailboxes had to move from the group's historical brands to arrive.com, in Google Workspace, Slack, Okta and the HR system at once.
Constraints
- Secret until the reveal, so no pilot groups and no warning to users. Everything was rehearsed by simulation instead.
- Three weeks from start to go-live.
- A very small in-house group, because of how sensitive the project was.
- All 4,500+ users in one go, with no downtime.
What I did
- Led the change for Google Workspace and Slack, and kept the overview of how Google, Slack, Okta and the HR system depended on each other.
- Knew who had to be involved, and brought HR in early enough that the HR system could change in step with everything else.
- Kept the Workspace primary domain as it was, since changing it would have touched things outside our control, and renamed every user account, group and shared mailbox to arrive.com instead.
- Scripted the whole change, so it ran the same way in the simulations and on the day, with no manual cleanup afterwards.
Result
All 4,500+ users moved to arrive.com the moment the brand went live on stage. Nobody was logged out or lost a session, and every old address kept receiving mail.
What I'd tell a customer doing the same
Stressful, but very doable. When every system identifies people by email address, the plan is mostly knowing who owns each system and bringing them in early, then rehearsing until the day itself is just running the script.

Crest · contributor · 2026 · ★1,000+
Open-source Arc-style browser for macOS and iOS on a patched Chromium engine. 30+ merged pull requests across the Swift app, .NET core and C++ engine, including password import, back/forward history that survives engine switches, page translation, Chromium tab capture without the Screen Recording permission, and Chrome/Arc extension migration at onboarding.

Local-first framework for persistent AI conversations built on Claude Code. Merged a knowledge-graph memory layer upstream, and maintain eight extensions, each with an integration guide for installs that have diverged from the original.

UpNote API · author · 2023 · ★9
Gives the UpNote notes app the HTTP API it lacks. A small Node server runs in Termux on an always-on Android box and turns requests into UpNote's x-callback URLs.
Gmail to UpNote · author · 2023
Apps Script that sends Gmail messages with a chosen label to UpNote through that API, set up from a Google Sheets menu.
install-tizenbrew-tizen · author · 2024 · ★5
One Docker command that installs TizenBrew on a Samsung TV in developer mode, without setting up Samsung's SDK.
Slack API tools · author · 2023
Python scripts for Slack admins. Adds people to channels in bulk from a CSV through the admin API, with retries.
