- Consolidated 2,300 Flowbird users into Arrive's Google Workspace tenant with no downtime by leading identity federation, domain and mail cutover (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and enablement for acquired admins and end users.
- Supported SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance by owning access controls, audit evidence and policy enforcement across the IT stack.

Productivity tooling and IT operations for 1,500 users at a fast-growth, fully cloud-native logistics scale-up.

- Reduced onboarding from 5 days to 2 hours and closed offboarding access gaps by building automated joiner/mover/leaver flows across Okta, Jamf and 10+ SaaS apps via SCIM.
